"Resort Kumano Club" is a new type of resort, where guests can interact with each other through various activities. The extensive grounds are dotted with the hotel wing, cottages, the front desk/restaurant wing, large communal baths, workshop, and more. All guestrooms are Japanese/Western-style rooms, and all are equipped with large baths. Breakfast will be Japanese-style cuisine, and dinner will be Japanese cuisine-centered Japanese/Western-style cuisine.

When traveling by train: If you call the front desk, a car will be sent to pick you up from JR Kumanoshi Station. (Front desk: 0597-88-2045)
When traveling by car: As the grounds are quite spacious, there is some distance from the No. 1 parking lot to the hotel lobby. If you call the front desk, a hotel microbus will be sent to pick you up from the No. 1 parking lot.
All guestrooms are equipped with 2 beds and 2-3 down quilt sets.
There is no futon layout service. Please lay out futons on your own.
The dining venue is the restaurant. Meals will not be served in guestrooms, and room service is not available.
Large Communal Bath Hours: In the afternoon, after check-in to 23:30; in the morning, 6:00 - 9:30.
Face towels and bath towels will be provided at the large communal bath for each use.
Guests are provided with milk and other drinks after soaking in the baths. (Once per day.)
For those that would like dinner, please make sure to book a plan that includes dinner.
Those that book a plan that does not include dinner and request a dinner on the day will not be provided with a dinner.

The resort is all the way up in the hill, and the reception area is a 7-min walk (uphill) from the parking lot, which is something I didn't expect until I was hauling my luggage all the way up.. (they do have shuttle service, and that's written in Japanese
