“心遣いに感謝！”
８０歳になる母のお祝いで、長崎・熊本の旅行の締めくくりにこちらのホテルを利用しました。運よくお部屋に空きがあったのか、グレードアップしていただき、びっくりするほど贅沢なお部屋に泊まることができました。窓から熊本城がバッチリ見えて、母も大喜び！ホテルは歴史を感じる落ち着いた雰囲気で、スタッフの方々の対応もとてもスマートで気持ちよく、普段あまりこうした場所に泊まらない私たちでも、緊張せずゆったりと過ごせました。おかげで旅行の最後をいい気分で締めくくれました。熊本に来るときは、またぜひ泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

“やはり熊本の老舗ホテルですね”
熊本の老舗ホテルだけあってサービスもしっかりしていました。最近は部屋に聖書のほか古事記も置いてあるのですね。新鮮な驚きを覚えました。ウクライナから来たスタッフの方や大学生のインターンシップの方も働いていましたがしっかり接客されていて好感を持ちました

“熊本城が目の前に見えるホテル”
窓から熊本城が見えない部屋だったので、急遽追加料金で部屋を替えて頂きました。やはり街側より城側をお薦めします。フロントフロアなど広くて調度品も風格がありました。熊本城やアーケードには近いので散策範囲でいけます。ホテルの前にはバス停もあるので移動にも便利なホテルです。

“パワースポット”
従業員の方々の慇懃無礼になりすぎない程度のきちんとさ、、サービス、お食事の美味しさ、すべてにおいて満足です。ぜひまた滞在したいホテルです。難を言えばシャワーが少々使いづらかったところでしょうか。元気になれるパワースポットのようなホテルです。

“満足しました”
伝統的な一流ホテルにもかかわらず、９時までのチェックアウトプランでお得に泊まれるところを、ＧＯ　ＴＯトラベルを使って更に割り引いてもらって、申し訳ないような価格で利用することが出来ました。市電の駅から近く、アーケード街にも近くて大変便利です。部屋も浴槽も広くてゆっくり寛ぐことが出来ました。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。９時までのチェックアウトプランは残しておいて欲しいです。
