部屋が禁煙なのに煙草臭いタオルにも、臭いうつりあり食事は、ゆっくり食べれて満足お風呂は、温泉と言うより銭湯

“夏旅行”
国道から入り口の看板？（あり，なし）わからず　不安ながら少し走り、途中の町道で看板見つけてやっとたどりついた。玄間ポーチの階段のカーペットの飛び出し危ないなと思った。玄間入ってすぐにロビー受付がなく中央にあってとまどった。部屋上階の外バルコニーの水抜き穴？からエアコンの室外機ドレン水？がまともに下に落ちてきてとてもその場にいられなかった。バルコニー左サイド足元塞ぎ鉄板が外れてガチャガチャ音がして寝ずらかった。建物外の外溝造作物の修膳が出来てなくて寂しい気持ちになった。いろいろあったけどホテルのみなさん頑張ってください。

“もう少し…”
部屋が暗くてびっくりしました。温泉は広々していてゆっくり入れましたが、完全温泉ではなく水でうめているのが残念でした。朝食は種類も多く、おいしくいただけました。フロントの方や掃除をされる方々の挨拶や対応はよかったです。

“立地が良かった”
大宰府、九博を見て、場所的に良かったことと、以前にも利用させていただいたこと、次の宿泊が人吉で、旅館でしたので、バイキングを希望していましたので、利用させていただきました。以前と変わらず、楽しいひと時を過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。
