駐車場の空きがなくて待たされて、受付では、海外、団体客が多くて、待たされた、結局部屋に入るまでに３０分くらいかかった。想定した対応をお願いしたいです。

６人で出張でしたが、室内も綺麗なことから過去に何度も利用しており個室利用しました。駅近、空港アクセスも便利で、今後も利用させて頂きます。

“大浴場、朝食が良い”
国道沿いにありわかりやすい。駐車場も広いが時期的なものか、ほぼ満車状態。ロビーでウエルカムコーヒーがある。個人的にはソフトドリンク（オレンジやアップル等）もあるとうれしい。館内・室内はきれいだが、廊下のたばこの臭いは気になった。大浴場も清潔感があり、まずまずの広さがあるが、時間帯によっては洗い場が不足することもありそう。朝食は混雑していて席が空くのを待つ人も見受けられた。メニューは一般的なバイキングだが、どれもおいしくたくさん食べられ、満足度は高い。宿泊料はもう少し安いとありがたいが、このクラスのビジネスとしては相場なのだろう。気持ち良く快適にすごせる宿でした。
