    expression of gratitude”

    I stayed here with my family for a Buddhist service in the neighborhood. From the moment we were greeted, we were greeted very cheerfully and pleasantly, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the spring water and the food. My mother and wife loved the food. We were upgraded to a more spacious room and were able to use it comfortably. We would like to stay with you again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

    We stayed one night at this gorgeous ryokan and had a quintessential Japanese experience. The Japanese gardens were breathtaking and the hotel immaculate. Service was exceptional. We had someone pick us up at the train station to drive us to the hotel,

    親しみやすい老舗旅館”

    １年半振りに母と利用しました。以前より若い方が増えたかな？と思いましたがおもてなしの態度は老舗旅館らしく流石です。 ワガママなお願いを笑顔で受けてくださったり、車を手配してくださっている間に母との写真撮影を提案頂きました。中々恥ずかしくて２人の写真はないのでありがたかったです。 温泉凄いですよ。スベスベになります。 ご飯。夕食は旬の素材を贅沢に。写真映えするお料理もあります。朝ごはんは旅館らし定番がどれも美味しいですが、特にお豆腐とあさか米。是非食べていただきたいです。 素敵なお庭は雨で余り見ることができなかったので残念に思います。以前はアヒルちゃんがいましたね。 このお宿は高級老舗旅館ですが、従業員の皆さんが、宿泊者とお話する事を楽しみにされていて大変居心地が良いです。

    料理美味しかった”

    今回は料理美味しかったです。 今まで何回か利用させて頂きましたが、３～４ヶ月前福島県のクーポン利用で利用させて頂いた際は料理のレベルが悪かったですが、今回は大変美味しき頂きました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。コロナで大変でしょうが頑張ってください、応援いたします。

    良かった”

    コロナ対応で営業再開間もなかった様です。 此方へは相当久しくの宿泊でしたが、庭園が昔と変わらず良かったですね。 館内、部屋に飾られている生け花も良かった。 夕食、朝食会場での新人社員の皆さん、一生懸命接客に努める姿が初々しく好感がもてました。これからも頑張って下さい。
