This ryokan (Japanese inn) is a lovely blend of traditional style and modern design. The Japanese-style garden has a natural ambiance, its water coming from Lake Inawashiro to provide a habitat to waterfowl and other wildlife.

We stayed one night at this gorgeous ryokan and had a quintessential Japanese experience. The Japanese gardens were breathtaking and the hotel immaculate. Service was exceptional. We had someone pick us up at the train station to drive us to the hotel,

お値段は、この地域ではお高めですが、 お部屋、お風呂、お料理ともすばらしいと思います。 特に、朝食は、地元産にこだわった美味しいものが品数も、豊富でした。 さすが、老舗旅館だと感じました。宿泊して良かったです。

１年半振りに母と利用しました。以前より若い方が増えたかな？と思いましたがおもてなしの態度は老舗旅館らしく流石です。 ワガママなお願いを笑顔で受けてくださったり、車を手配してくださっている間に母との写真撮影を提案頂きました。中々恥ずかしくて２人の写真はないのでありがたかったです。 温泉凄いですよ。スベスベになります。 ご飯。夕食は旬の素材を贅沢に。写真映えするお料理もあります。朝ごはんは旅館らし定番がどれも美味しいですが、特にお豆腐とあさか米。是非食べていただきたいです。 素敵なお庭は雨で余り見ることができなかったので残念に思います。以前はアヒルちゃんがいましたね。 このお宿は高級老舗旅館ですが、従業員の皆さんが、宿泊者とお話する事を楽しみにされていて大変居心地が良いです。

“expression of gratitude”
I stayed here with my family for a Buddhist service in the neighborhood. From the moment we were greeted, we were greeted very cheerfully and pleasantly, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the spring water and the food. My mother and wife loved the food. We were upgraded to a more spacious room and were able to use it comfortably. We would like to stay with you again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.
