The building itself may be quite old, but it is well maintained and cleaned and is nothing to be concerned about. Most importantly, it is very close to the station and downtown. Despite this location, the price is the lowest around Koriyama station!

ホテルへの到着は、あまり早くなかったのですが、フロント階にウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーがあり、コーヒー好きの私には嬉しかった。 お部屋はツインルームでしたが、普通のビジネスホテルよりスペースがゆったりしており、荷物を広げたりが楽でした。 唯一、ベッド付近にコンセントが無く、充電しながらスマホが見れないことが残念でしたか、快適に過ごせていたのでマイナス印象まではいきません。 お風呂の浴槽も大きく、のんびり移動疲れを癒せました。 また、１階にセブンイレブンがあり、何かと便利でした。 一番よかったのは朝食です！ビジネスホテルありがち！ではなく、温かく美味しいメニューが多くありました。 団体宿泊の学生と被らない時間帯も、フロントで前日に教えてくださったので、のんびり朝食もいただけました。 次回も郡山に宿泊の際は、リピートしたいです。 お世話になりました。

駅から近くて便利。１階にセブンイレブンがあるのは非常に便利。朝食や酒類等簡単に調達出来る。またホテルを見つけるのにも役に立つ。

“A budget hotel near the station!”
The hotel is just across one pedestrian crossing from the station! Just behind the hotel is an entertainment district lined with snack bars. There is a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient for both business and pleasure! Moreover, the hotel is reasonably priced and easy on the wallet!
