Relax and unwind at this environmentally friendly resort hotel, nestled in the mountains of the Japanese Alps. The open-air hot spring bath is sourced from Hayataro Onsen, a natural hot spring located in Komagane Kogen. This hot spring has no odor and will leave your skin feeling silky and smooth. Meals are buffet style both in the morning and evening. For dinner enjoy a thick serving of delicious steak, and fresh omelets and pancakes prepared right in front of your eyes for breakfast. We highly recommend trying the hotel's famous original dish; rock salt grilled "Apple Pork".

車のアクセスも良いわりに、静かな環境でのんびりできた。大浴場は平日ということもあり貸切状態でゆっくり入浴でき、またレストランも静かで食事も楽しめた。 雪景色を期待して１カ月以上前の予約でしたが、雪がまるでなくそれは少し残念でした。

電話連絡時の対応も含めて従業員の方々の対応が最高です。そして、決して最新設備の整った宿ではありませんが、手入れの行き届いた館内や部屋はとてもリラックスできる場所でした。森の香りがする露天風呂や少しぬるめの内湯も、なめらかなお湯でゆっくりできました。 また、朝食は目の前で作ってもらえるオムレツやパンケーキをはじめとして、とても丁寧に作られたメニューで、どれもとても美味しかったです。牛乳とヨーグルトは、持ち帰りたかったくらいです。娘は豚肉がゴロゴロと入ったカレーを朝からおかわりして食べてました。旅程の関係で２食付のプランにできなかったことを、心の底から残念に思った次第です。次回は絶対に２食付で予約しようと思います（笑）リゾートを体感できる素敵な宿だと思います。

現役の時は毎月利用していました。定年退職後は毎年のように利用していました。 いつ行っても、フォロントの方、風呂、食事等々非常に満足でした。しかし、今回は「変わったな」と感じました。フロントの方の対応、よく言えば簡潔な説明、角度変えてみるとちょっと冷たい感じでした。チェックインもチェックアウトも。一番変わったのは、露天風呂でした。湯が非常に少なく半身浴状態でした。レストラン方の対応、身だしなみなど非常に良かったです。

“Very nice hotel as always.”
I used to stay there almost every month when I was working. It has been a long time since I retired and I have not stayed there since. The hotel was very nice as before. The front desk staff and the room cleaning staff greeted me nicely. Unfortunately, the door to the room did not close properly and I had to put a lot of effort to close it. I was worried about disturbing other guests in the room because of the loud noise.
