少し古い感じはしますが、清潔です。 貸切の露天風呂が７か所あり、どれも変化に富み素晴らしものでした。露天風呂には、渓流沿いにある「ほたるの湯」と「もみじの湯」は隣合わせですが、ホテルから行くときは別のルートをたどっていく必要があります。しかし、道が繋がっているため、いつの間にか、隣の露天風呂にたどり着いてしまいます。入り口に、露天風呂入浴中の看板を出していても、これでは意味がないように感じました。また、女子大浴場には打たせ湯がありますが、男子大浴場にはありません。時間による入れ替えがあれば、楽しめると思いました。

旅館位於筋湯溫泉，位置較偏僻，但自己開車則問題不大，可順路由由布院經九重夢大橋再到旅館，第二天徒步遊小松地獄之後才離開。主人一家只會說日語，但仍很努力表達務求令客人明，很親切和有誠意。晚飯及早餐雖然不是名貴食材，但用心預備及豐富美味。房間舒適寬敞，有私人浴室及小偏廳，開床舖後仍有空間走動。家族風呂共５個，有露天及半露天，因入住當日客人不多，所以晚上和第二天早上，基本上一定可以享用私人風呂。絶對推薦這家旅館。

“Above average”
No one speaks english. Room is so-so... but the bath is wonderful... with private family baths. Ppl there are very friendly. Suit family...
