    There was no internet in the room which is a major issue for any hotel, especially a business hotel.pleasant staff but no warmth. I suspect they are not happy.

    The room is very spacious and clean. It has all the necessary amenities. The hotel is also near many eateries. We enjoy our stay in the hotel. Front desk is very helpful in all our queries on eateries and recommended many places to explore.

    部屋も温泉もよい”

    仕事で滞在しました。部屋は広くて快適でした。大きなテーブルで仕事がしやすかったです。温泉も広くて、露天風呂が気持ちよかったです。部屋のテレビは操作しずらいので、改善していただけるとよいかと思いました。

    部屋から、甲斐駒ヶ岳など南アルプスの山々が見えて眺望は最高でした。１３階と思うのですが、宿泊者にコーヒーと眺望のサービスとても嬉しかったです

    甲府駅から近くて便利な場所にあります。 夕食は、中華のコース料理を頂きました。 味、質、量も良かったです。従業員の方も感じがよいです。 館内のお風呂は広くはありませんが、清潔で気持ちよく入れました。 部屋が広く、窓から富士山が見えました。
