I used this hotel on a business trip. It is located in front of the Prefectural Government bus stop and close to Kochi Castle and Yamauchi Shrine, so it may be convenient there for sightseeing, but when I checked in late at night, the area was lonely. It would be nice to have drinking water service in the room as it is about 200 meters to a convenience store. The room was kept clean and I was able to rest well, but I was concerned about the loose bottom of the bathtub due to its old age.

I stayed at this hotel without thinking that access to the bus to the airport would be inconvenient. I think the hotel's proximity to Kochi Castle and night spots is good for enjoying the city of Kochi.

I often use this hotel on my trips to Kochi. It is just a pity that the bar on the second floor is closed.

We were an elderly couple traveling together this time, and were impressed by the hotel's location, our visit to Kochi Castle, Harimaya Bridge, and Hirome Market, and the courteous hospitality of the staff.

“Family stay in a Japanese-style room”
Overall, I'm satisfied, but the entrance door is warped or unlocked and I'm like, "What? It won't open?" I had to check many times. The whole family tried to open it, but we had to put our weight on it and push it open every time because of the sound of the top of the door scraping. The Japanese-style room was dimly lit, but the washroom and bathroom were new or very bright and had a nice atmosphere. The base of the toilet lid was damaged and held in place with white duct tape and glue. It might be better to fix it. The amenities were very good and satisfactory. The bathroom was new and spacious with a bathtub to relax in, which I thought was very nice, but the back of the wash tub was stained with black dirt, either sebum or water stains. There were also black stains on the plastic frame under the mirror. I scrubbed it with my fingernail to remove it, so I think it would be better to clean it with a special detergent. The breakfast buffet has so many kinds of food that you can't eat enough. It was delicious.
