The plan is to stay in the old building, so the water facilities are old-fashioned to a certain extent, but the room rate is cheaper for that reason. The breakfast is delicious. I would definitely like to stay there again and enjoy the breakfast.

The location is right next to a streetcar stop. It is quite a long walk from Harimayabashi Bridge, so we recommend using the train. There is a nice izakaya (Japanese-style bar) and a rather tasty ramen shop (Kochi's specialty, jan-men) in the neighborhood, so it is a great place to go for a quick bite. There is a bath with a view in the hotel, but the view is not so good. The bathhouse has a view, but the view is not so good, and from the building where I stayed, you have to go downstairs, pass in front of the front desk, and go up to the top floor again. The sauna is available only until 23:00 and not in the morning. This leaves a lot to be desired. Also, there are only a few washing areas, so they fill up quickly. I think it would be good to train the spirit of giving in. The confidence in the morning meal is evident, and you can enjoy local flavors. On my day, "Utsubo no Ochazuke" and "Soba" were on the special menu, and since it is the first time in my life that I have eaten Utsubo, I quite enjoyed them.

Used for the second time. We used it again this time for a pilgrimage. There is a large public bath (in the new building) and I was satisfied with the price. I think I used a twin room in the old building last time, but the twin room in the new building this time was a little larger, and I could go directly to the large bathroom (on the 8th floor?). The room was a little larger than the twin in the old building, I think. However, it takes about 15 minutes or more to walk to the downtown Harimayabashi area, so I feel it is inconvenient (laugh), but there are several restaurants nearby.

５回目の高知泊。 その内３回はここで泊まりました。 価格からでは、広めな部屋だと思います。 風呂も最上階に有り、遠くに高知城が見えます。（女性側は仕切りが有り見えません） またサウナ＆水風呂も良かった。 初めて朝飯付きにしたが、確かに地の物づくしでしたが、期待してたほどでは無かった。 泊まるなら新館をお薦めします。

“The large bathroom and breakfast are excellent.”
The large bath and breakfast are excellent. The hot water in the large bath was lukewarm and very relaxing. Breakfast had a large menu and all the food was delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kochi.
