“駅前で便利”
ＪＲ高知駅前なので、レンタカーも高速バスも路面電車も利用が便利でした。お部屋などはまあ満足というレベルですが、値段も考えると良いんじゃないですか。朝食は焼き魚が温かく出されたので、サービスに満足です。

“昭和の気分”
乳幼児連れの旅行で、ベッドだと落ちる危険があるので、和室のあるこちらを利用しました。建物は古いですが、汚い事もなく、快適に過ごせました。大浴場も気持ちよく浸かれました。ただ、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉが飛んでいるのがロビーだけなのが唯一不満点です。スマホやタブレットがこれだけ普及しているので、いくら古き良き時代の面影があるといってもネット環境は必須だと思っています。今回は、家族での旅行だったのでいいですが、出張で一人での宿泊であれば非常に厳しかったです。

“対応がよかった。”
高知駅から近く、家族で泊まれる和室を探し、ここにしました。建物は古いと思いますが、清潔で、対応が良かったです。翌朝の出発が早かったので、素泊まりにしたかったのですが、食事つきプランしかなく、やむを得ず朝食付きにしました。チェックイン時に、朝食の用意はいらないことを伝えると、早く用意するよう調整してくれました。出発がそれよりも早かったので、結局朝食はとらなかったのですが、色々と親切にして頂きました。部屋にドライヤーが無かったのと、洗面所にコップが１個しかなかったのは不便でしたが、総体的には満足です。

“古いですが良いサービスです”
一人旅で２泊利用させて頂きました。古いホテルなので設備は皆古いです。掛け布団がベットのサイズに合ってないのが残念です。大浴場は広く、露天風呂もあり良かったです。無線インターネットは１階のみで利用可能です。出来れば客室でも利用できれば良いのですが。朝食・夕食付でしたがどちらも満足でした。２日目はメニューも変えて頂きました。
