Lovely up- market hotel. Easy access from JR station via streetcar (stops outside hotel). Good value. Amazing dinner served in room - we had the bonito meal. Large Japanese style room with mountain view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommen

滞在中の事を思い返してみると、一言で安心感のある宿でした。 時期的に、コロナウィルスが騒がれており、キャンセルも多い状況だったとおもいますが、従業員の方のキビキビとした動きや、客室やパブリックなお手洗いにもうがい薬が置いてあった。 ここまでされている事に感動しました。 この騒ぎで余計な経費ばかり発生して、予約も伸び悩む状況だとは思いますが、素晴らしい宿なのでぜひ又来館したいと思います。

夕食も朝食も大変美味かったです。ただチェックインが部屋で着替えていると細身のフロントの女性がノックもせずに中扉の中（ベットルーム）まで入って着ました。 せっかく和室からベットルームにアップグレードして頂いたのですがとても怖かったです。廊下側の在室のライトが点灯して無かったとの事ですが？お詫びもなく出て行きました。ノックだけは教育して欲しい
