      “Calm and mature atmosphere.”

      Located in the Old Settlement area, adjacent to the Municipal Museum. Nearby are Chinatown (Nankinmachi), department stores, a park (Higashi Yuenchi), Meriken Park, and an aquarium, making it a convenient location for walking, sightseeing, and shopping. We recommend you to spend a relaxing time in the calm room with Asian atmosphere.

      “対応が残念”

      部屋は綺麗で良かったのですが、クーポンの値引きがされてなく、後で電話したのですが、クーポンの値引きがありませんと言われ、こちらが促さないとるるぶに確認しますと言ってもらえず口コミが良かった分だけ残念でした。

      “心地良い滞在でした”

      どのスタッフさんも、つかず離れずの距離感で親しく話しかけて下さり、とても心地良い滞在でした。海外からの宿泊者も多く見受けられ、英語で積極的に話しかけようとされる姿も多く目にしました（私も英語で話しかけられてどぎまぎしました…）。びっくりしたのは、朝食会場に「人間をダメにするナッツペースト」こと「ヌテラ」が置いてあったこと。朝から堕落の味を堪能しました。是非またお世話になりたいです

      “雰囲気のよい素敵なホテル”

      ルミナリエ期間中に利用しました。 スタッフの方が行き方等も親切に教えてくださり、迷うことなく時間を有効に使えました 。 現在の建物は出来てから１０年経っていないようで綺麗であるのとともに、格調高い印象を受けました。 駅からは少し距離がありますが、中華街なども近く神戸に行った際にはまた伺いたいとおもいます。

      “神戸出張の際前泊”

      車で夜９時頃到着したが、地下２階の駐車場はホテルの人の誘導もありとても分かりやすくて便利だった。部屋は１６階のエクゼクティブフロア　シティビューツインで広くてきれいだった。ベッドは寝心地がよく家内も気に入っていた。バスルームはやや広いがシャワーブースが別になっていればなお良かったと思う。冷蔵庫の中のものがすべて無料というのはたいへん良いと思う。（銀座のＭガーデンホテル以来だった）朝食は１７階でビュッフェ（このホテルは客室よりも上層にフロント、レストランなどがある珍しいつくり）料理の種類はやや少ないがどれもおいしく食べ過ぎて苦しくなった。総合的に★五つ。正月にもまた泊まりたいと思った。
