The Maple is an older style hotel typical of spa resorts. The twin room I had was large and comfortable. Guest service, English language skills, restaurant (breakfast and dinner included in tariff), spa, transport to and from the station, and cleanliness

This hotel is slightly out of city center but can be access easily . The staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to pick us at the train station and also sent to the train station. This was very helpful as it was raining an

とても良い。特別に何が良いと言うわけではないが、従業員さんの応対、お風呂の設備、サービス、食事も文句のつけどころがありませんでした。 お部屋も広く、家族四人がゆったり過ごせました。 わかって選んだからしょうがないですが有馬温泉中心地からは遠く、外に出ようとは思いませんでした。 早めにチェックインし、ゆっくりホテル内を楽しみたい旅行を考えている方に最適と思います。
