    向貴公司訂房時確認為非禁煙房，所以在房間內抽了一支煙。但是酒店服務人員告知此為禁煙酒店，如清潔人員無法清除房內煙味時，將罰我一晚的房間費用。尤其是酒店的中文服務人員打電話來說明時的語氣不太友善，她說此酒店為全部禁煙。發生此事，我認為我跟貴公司的訂房契約寫的很清楚，是非禁煙房。所以此次旅遊，因入住此酒店不能抽煙，讓我很不舒服。(他們的英文很差，所以找了一個中國籍的女性職員用中文說明)

    1.酒店很有设计感 2.地处的地段非常有感觉，搭taxi从神户三宫站到酒店大约5分钟，很方便 3.有一位会中文的女士（前台这里）给了我们非常大的帮助，第二天早上我们从酒店要去梨木津巴士站坐车去关西机场，她帮我们算好班车的时间，叫好出租车（我们行李太多，她还和工作人员一起帮我们的行李装进两个出租车） 4.早餐非常棒，由于空间小的关系，餐厅看上去不大，但是早餐其实品种很丰富，而且品质上乘，水果有西柚（很考究都拨好的，不是简单的切开），樱桃，神户附近农场的布丁（有巨峰葡萄口味的），早餐提供的咖啡和红茶也很不
