    Service is excellent and staff speak good English. Located in Harbourland area, but suprisingly quiet. Luxury hotel, if price is not a concern, definite will stay again when in Kobe

    獨自一人遊。酒店房間同照片如實 酒店職員好有禮 見面點頭打招呼，早餐在餐廳進食。第二天晩上在鉄板🔥 我告訴侍應。識小小英文。他們會用簡單中文寫給我知 是什麼食物。好感動 2018-4月份會同丈夫一起來。好舒服。好舒適 好安靜 好好好 冇搵錯洒店。好滿意

    Everything is Excellent except breakfast, the breakfast serve very very slow. We stay 2 night, the breakfast is no choice and is same for both days. I don't know any other choice if someone stay longer.

    酒店位置于神戶港一隅。從洋台能眺望神戸港的颯爽英姿。塔、高樓、船、碼頭吊車,⋯無論是夕陽西下的傍晚還是華燈驚艷的午夜，處處洋溢著令人陶醉的美。而戶內的精緻典雅和整潔是我在日本感受最為完美的體驗之一。現代城市生活。

    非常棒的suite体验，酒店处处彰显着精致和高雅，所有遇到的员工都非常热情周到，酒店毗邻神户港，在阳台就能看到绝佳的海景。房间内真的体现了酒店的用心，所有用品一应俱全，而且贴心的提供面膜和国外品牌的美容美发产品。酒店内附的心餐厅铁板烧味道非常的不错，可惜这次选择了日式早餐，感觉酒店的点心都很美味的样子，应该选西式的，这个酒店感觉非常适合度蜜月或者举办婚礼，总之，我一个人住真的很浪费，所以应该还会有下一次～

    房间超大超好！！！在日本住过最大的房间，即便在中国也是超大面积，带灯光和起泡功能的双人浴缸太棒了，各种设施配套都是非常贴心。强烈推荐去神户的朋友，slh会员名副其实。离神户jr车站很近，打车700日元左右，离新神户站也不远，坐city loop公车过去300日元左右，下车步行3分钟后
