Service is excellent and staff speak good English. Located in Harbourland area, but suprisingly quiet. Luxury hotel, if price is not a concern, definite will stay again when in Kobe

“Everything was great.”
We used this hotel for my mother's Umbrella Jubilee celebration. The check-in counter is nice because you can sit and relax on the sofa. The rooms have a front room, as you would say in a Japanese style room. The layout of the rooms, the furniture, the view from the rooms, the balcony in all rooms, the large Jacuzzi bath and the spacious washroom. All of them are the best. Breakfast is served in the room. I had a hard time deciding between Japanese and Western style, but I wanted to try the bread from Luban, so I decided to have Western style. I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of the bread, which was prepared in a to-go bag. All the dishes are delicious. You can choose from three types of egg dishes, and they even ask you how you want them cooked. I was so full from breakfast that I skipped lunch. Check-out time is at 12:00, but it was very crowded and I think we waited about 10 minutes. But it was no problem because we could sit on the sofa and wait. The staff was great and everything was great except for the fact that there is no pick up and drop off service. I would like to visit again.
