I used it for a business trip. The building and rooms are still old, but clean. The waterfall at the entrance gives the impression that the Island was glamorous in its heyday. It is a large hotel with a training facility in a separate building, so there were a lot of students and it was a little noisy. There are several elevators, which may ease the congestion. There is nothing to do around the hotel, and there is no place to eat when you arrive around 10:00 a.m. Teppanyaki and other restaurants in Kannai are expensive. There was a convenience store on the first floor, so I was able to shop among the students. The bus service to Sannomiya in the morning was very helpful. Thank you very much.

very convenient,clean and large rooms, fast internet access, has buses every 20 minutes to and fro the Sannomiya (Kobe) station which is about 15 mins away, Id stay here again in Kobe

great sheltered access to train station that brings you directly downtown. beautiful view of the ocean from large wall to wall window. clean large bathrooms. bakery with yummy cakes that go 40% off after 6pm, also sells small tubs of local icecream. decent

ドアマン？、フロントの人々、スーツケースを運んでくださった人は皆、丁寧で親切で笑顔がすてきでした。ただ１点、駐車料金が割引後１泊あたり￥１０００かかったのは、不満です。ポートアイランドという場所を考えると無料にして欲しいです。また、三宮行きのシャトルバスはありましたが、混んでいて乗れず、２０分待ちました。

“Travel to Kobe Riken”
The access from Ibaraki Airport - Rikagaku Kenkyujo - Hotel was very smooth. I was a little sick, but I was able to relax in the spacious room with a relaxing bath. The WiFi is slow and needs to be improved. Also, breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m., but it would be nice if it were served at 6:30 a.m., or at least 6:45 a.m.- if possible.
