“素敵なホテルです”
３連休で、ホテルの予約が取れない状況で、早めに予約していた予定を変更する必要がありました。ホテルに連絡すると丁寧にご対応いただき、快く変更に応じていただけたのでありがたかったです。ホテルの部屋も凄く快適でした。ベッドはシモンズ製ということで寝心地良く、テレビは凄く大きくて驚きました。ユニットバスはゆったりしていて、リッチな感じでした。立地も駅に隣接した商業施設の一角にあり、コンビニやコメダ珈琲がそばにあって最高でした。窓からは神戸駅が一望できました。懇親会で遅くなり、大浴場を利用できなかったのが残念です。ただ、大浴場利用に別料金が必要というのが少し残念かなと思いました。チェックインとチェックアウトを担当してくださったスタッフの方が、研修中とのことで、少しもたついて時間がかかっていたので、星１つ減らしてしまいました。

飯店離高速神戶車站不遠，地下街道步行約5~10分鐘就可以到，交通方便。旁邊有Shopping mall、摩天輪，吃東西買東西都方便，晚上還可以看神戶港夜景。房間很乾淨很舒適，浴室用大理石裝潢，跟一般一體成形的塑鋼浴室不同，空間大非常棒。訂的是2張單人床的房間，單人床不會很小，有110cm~120cm寬，睡一個大人+小孩並不會感覺到壅擠。前台人員非常親切，英文溝通沒問題。由於比較早到飯店，飯店可以寄放行李，還直接送到房間去，回去check in 不需要再拖著行李了，非常貼心的服務，這是我們這次旅遊住的好幾家飯
