The hotel was close to Kobe station, and the receptionist was not bad, and the hotel was rather nice. I have no complaints about the bedding and other facilities, which were also adequate for the price. However, the black mold in the bathroom was noticeable. It is a stain that could have been handled with a little more careful cleaning, but there is no way they could have left it alone. It would have been very comfortable and nice without that, but it is a shame. It is not that the bath was bad. Also, it is inconvenient that there is no vending machine on the ground floor. Even if it is on the middle floor, it is hard to find. Please make more efforts. There was an old name left in the closet, which I think was the predecessor, but I feel this kind of thing is sloppy. It could be masked with tape or something. Please try one more effort.

Location, location, location!!! Excellent location, right next to the Kobe JR Station and an easy ride with the fast JR Line to Osaka (about 30min). The service was excellent and always helpful.

“Convenient for normal use.”
It is very reasonable for a normal stay, not because you really want to stay in the heart of downtown or immerse yourself in a luxurious atmosphere. It is about a 5-minute walk from Kobe Station. It is not too inconvenient even if you have luggage. If I were to mention luxury, there is a difference in the floor level between the bathroom and the guest room, so the elderly may have a risk of falling.
