I really appreciate everything the staff at Hotel Sunroute Sopra Kobe did. The first day we visited Kobe, we arrived at the hotel before the check in time ,therefore, we had to leave our baggages and had to keep some of our kids'medicine in the refrigerato

Great hotel to stay at with clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. Cheaper than most other options but still delivers good comfort. Very friendly staff.

今回初めて宿泊をしたのですが、２泊で予約をして受付をすまし、翌日のハウスメイキングがされていませんでした。フロントに確認をするとカードケースに記載している言われました。初めての利用なので受付時に一言添えるホスピタリティは必要と思います。

“何回か泊まらせて貰ってます”
コロナの影響で清掃は１２時までなのですがベットメーキングはしていますが部屋の掃除機とかは掛けているのかな？って感じです。お世話にはなっていますが、清掃時間の事を言うのに清掃のスキルはかなり低いと思いました。それとシャワーヘッドが壊れているのか色々な方向に出てきました。清掃をしている時に気づくと思うのですが、と思いました。

“またいいプランがと合えば”
泊まらせて頂きます。仕事柄朝早く部屋を出る仕事ではない為に１２時までの清掃はちょっときつかったです。それと寝ていたら清掃者が部屋を空けて清掃作業をしようとしたのは不快でした。
