“使いやすいホテル”
神戸から少し離れたところで仕事の為利用。住宅街で食事等心配でしたが、近くに商店街もあり良かったです。ホテルは古く感じましたが、リフォームされており気になりません。部屋が広いのは魅力的です。最近のビジネスホテルは部屋が狭いところもありますので、今回宿泊場所に選んだ一番の理由です。一つ気になる所、フロントの男性は、一生懸命対応してくれ気持ち良かったです。しかし朝食会場の女性スタッフが自分のスマートフォンを触りながら迎えました。注意しようかと思いましたが、朝から心地よく食事をとりたかったので、彼女が見えない場所に座りました。退席するまでそこから動かず、携帯を触る。料理やお皿などの調えや、テーブル椅子の整理などやることはたくさんあるはずです。お客様を見てほしかった。他の方が一生懸命なので残念です。その他はとても使いやすいホテルでした。
