Very good”

Was a pleasant stay. We accidentally booked a smoking room and tried to change after checking in but unfortunately non smoking rooms were sold out. Beds were very comfortable and room had a nice outlook on landscape. Bathroom was spacious and nice to use.

女子会最高！”

お世話になりました。ドアマンの方始めすべてのスタッフの方が親切で、とても良いホテルです。周りにコンビニとか無かったので夕飯決めていなくどうしようと思いましたが「きとら」でお腹いっぱいの夕飯もいただき朝のバイキングオムレツ始めすべて良かったです。日の出の時間がベッド横においてあり朝、曇が少しありましたが日の出見ることもでき、女子会でいっぱいおしゃべりし、静かで素敵な旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

高齢の両親と旅行”

８２歳と８１歳の両親を連れて利用させて頂きました。とても親切で誰もが笑顔で迎えてくださり嬉しかったです。周りの事に気を配りちょっとした事でも声をかけてくださいました。夕食までの時間は車椅子も貸してもらえゆったりと散歩を楽しみ満喫できました。朝夕の食事付きでしたがとても美味しく頂き、大満足の旅行ができました！また利用したいと両親に言ってもらえたので次回も是非、利用させて頂きます（＾－＾）

夕食”

夕食をフレンチで予約したが、和食になっていた。受付時に聞き取り難い日本語で、時間確認だけで食事内容の説明が無かった。予約時間にいつも利用している２Ｆのレストランへ行き、予約無しと言われ予約内容相違発覚。ホテル側が即対応でフレンチコースに変更出来た。
