Conveniently close to the station. It was a new hotel, so it was clean and stylish. But for first-time guests in their 60s, it can be a bit intimidating. I had to ask the front desk staff to show me how to use the elevator again. Also, for me, it was inconvenient because the room was dark and I couldn't see the letters. I think it is good for young people.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the station and the concert venue. The room was clean and restful, and the concert was enjoyable.

The location from the station is good and basically satisfactory (both inside and outside the building). However, I think it would be good if amenities were replenished for consecutive nights. Also, as a plus alpha, it would be nice if the in-room refrigerator had a freezing function.

当日の１１時頃にアーリーチェックイン（１３時）をお願いしたところ、快く対応していただき大変ありがたかったです。 （追加料金は１時間あたり１，５００円程度でした。） スタッフの皆さんや業者の方々の挨拶やお気遣いもとても感じがよく、おかげさまで快適に過ごすことができました。 一方で、廊下の声が客室内によく聞こえる点や、部屋全体がやや暗く感じられた点、エアコンの風に少し匂いがあった点が気になりました。 また、清掃をお願いしなかった際に補充していただける備品の中に、バスマットとスリッパが含まれていなかったのは少し残念でした。 チェックイン時に、バスマットはフロントでお願いするものと伺いましたが、宿泊費用も決して安くはないホテルですので、残念に感じました。

Close to Sannomiya station. Convenient to many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are spacious. No storage shelves. No bed reading light. The hot water supply is poor, and it takes a long time to fill the bathtub. There are many hotels in the Sannomiya area, so I don't think I will repeat my stay.
