お部屋は綺麗で、窓から庭園がよく見えてとても良かったです。ただシャワーの水圧が弱かったです。フロントの方のチェックイン時の対応は良かったのですが、部屋の位置が分かりにくいからと案内される際、部屋の階に着いたら普通はお客を先に降ろして自分が最後に降りるものだと思うのですが、一番最初にスタスタと降りてしまい、挟まれそうになりました。あと、宿泊が５階で私たち家族の部屋しかないフロアーだったのですが、フロント階からのエレベーターが３階までしか上がらないのと５階まで上がるもの２台が隣り合わせであり、普通に上のボタンを押すと３階までのエレベーターしか開かず、どうしたらいいのかわからず、そんな説明も最初にありませんでした。チェックアウトの際も並んでいたのに、割り込んできたおじさんを先にしてしまい、お客をきちんと見てないところがとても残念に思いました。

市場、小倉城が近く、近隣飲食店も充実。 小倉城近くの夜間のライトアップを楽しめました。食事なしなのでビジネスホテルのような価格で宿泊させて頂きましたが、結婚式場を併設した素敵なホテルです。駐車場も出し入れ自由なので便利です。
