GoTo was also excluded and we had to stay at the Corona Disaster, but due to circumstances we decided to go. We are glad we did, because we had very good memories as a result. The staff is very attentive to details such as taking pictures and greeting people properly. I was a little worried about the buffet, but they were well prepared against corona, so I was able to eat with peace of mind. All the food was delicious despite the large number of items. I think it is very impressive that they are able to do so well in terms of management and Corona excess. I would definitely go back again. Thank you very much to the staff.

去年、３家族と初めて宿泊し、とてもよかったので、リピートです。一言でいうと、かなり残念でした。夕食のバイキングですが、あんかけ焼きそば、エビチリ、こちら２つ傷んでいた味がしました。香りも少し、腐っていたような香りがしたのですが、まさかと思い、あまり気にしないように食べましたが、普通の味覚のある方でしたら、気づくと思います。ゴールデンウィークの時は、回転がよく、新鮮なイメージでしたが。とても不快でした。そこにいるスタッフの方が、ぶっきらぼうで、楽しく仕事をしていないと手に取るようにわかります。お寿司、デザートは、おいしかったです。特にデザートは、丁寧に作られている感じが伝わってきました。年１０回ほど、色々な温泉に宿泊していますが、こんなに料理で不快に思ったのは、初めてです。主人は、プールの中のトイレの洗面台、もう少し、清掃が行き届いてほしいと言っていました。残念でした。

夏休みに行きました。繁盛期とあって値段もそこそこ。それなのに、プールは芋洗状態、バイキングもイマイチ…子供は喜ぶ施設だけど、値段に見合わないかなぁと思う。混んでるから余計に、更衣室の汚れとか通路の汚れが気になる。繁盛期で値段を上げるなら、スタッフを増やすなりクオリティーをあげるなり、値段に見合う努力が欲しい。 格安な時期ならリピートもありかなぁ～ このお値段でのリピートはなし！

“The service was excellent!”
I think this is a service only available now, but my whole family was very satisfied with the full range of services available only now at Corona Disaster, including all-you-can-drink at dinner, abalone service, free pool for 2 days, and so on. Please keep up the good work! We stayed at a famous facility in other prefectures that sold a similar pool, but this one stood out only in its negative aspects due to the Corona disaster, and we did not want to go there again, including our children. We would definitely like to visit Crescent Moon again in the near future!
