“The only drawback is this.”
I was greatly satisfied with the reception, the room was spacious and magnificent, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The only drawback was that there was no power outlet by the bed, so I could not charge my phone while sleeping. By the way, the Wi-Fi was fast and good.

“居心地良かったです。”
Ｗｉ－Ｆｉやアメニティ等が充実しており、とても快適な宿泊でした。特に製氷機がストップしており２．３度氷を持ってきてもらう事がありましたが、迅速に対応して下さり、気分良く過ごせました。私たちが見つけられなかっただけなのかもしれないですが、ベッド付近にコンセントが少なく各自離れた所を使用せざるを得なかったのが少し残念でした。それ以外は、丁寧に対応して下さり、とても満足しています。また行きたいと考えています。

“質の高いサービス”
子どもとの２人旅行でした。子ども向けのプランで花火と虫かごをプレゼントしていただき喜んでいました。あいにくの天候でしたのでお土産になってしまいましたが、プールが利用できたほか、子ども向けのアメニティもかわいらしく、とても満足していました。また、スタッフの方々に笑顔が多く、リクエストにも丁寧に対応くださるなど、質の高いサービスをいただけました。
