子供２人を連れての家族旅行でしたが、非常に気持ちのよい旅行となり大満足でした。十分な広さの部屋風呂に、快適な部屋露天、食事の美味しさに加えて、アメニティの万全さと、どこをとっても文句のつけようのない満足度でした。接客態度も親切丁寧で、２歳の息子も対応していただいた「お姉さん」の事が大好きになったようです。霧島に旅行に行くなら、是非利用して欲しい宿だと思います。

由於房間少, 所以每房的客人都可以tailor made 晚上的菜單。另外, 本身以為房間是有一個露天風呂, 但一入到去眼見太細了, 本身有點失望, 但原來外面有一個是公眾的露天風呂(自行預約式), 當需要用是可以自由進入。

服務超好，溫泉舒服，晚餐早餐都很豐富。近公車站。酒店有紅葉，超美。可是我們去公眾風呂時，已經接規定把第一道門的門牌掛上「入浴中」，但依然有人進入，嚇得我面容失色，幸好當時還未有脫去衣服，用英文跟那兩個日本老頭子說我們只是剛到，說了幾分鐘，他說明白才走。懷疑他心心不忿，把我們的牌面換上「空」，因為未幾又有人來到，幸好這個公眾風呂的第二道門能銷上，所以他們進入不到。雖然這是酒店客人問題，酒店職員要盡量確保每位住客都明白規則。
