    Great hotel with awesome scenery, delicious food, wonderful onsen and friendly staff. The only things I am a bit unsatisfied with are small issues like: 1. Air-conditioning: No air-conditioning turned on in rooms during Spring, Autumn and Winter Seaso

    房間的部份可能太過期待，沒有想像中好 浴室使用的時候聲音太大， 小孩子睡了，梳妝台沒有燈可以開，沙發區燈又太亮 只能把椅子拉到廁所前借光忙自己的事 不過很感謝櫃檯幫忙安排18：20用餐 不然等到20：00才用餐，小孩子可能都要睡了

    很棒的飯店，物超所值，我們三人住和式房，幾乎有15張榻榻米大，住的非常舒服，溫泉浴池非常高級，尤其在本館11樓的浴池，剛好面對滿山的楓景，泡的好舒服，早晚餐都是BUFFETT,每樣都非常好吃，服務生補餐很勤快，不會有空盤，真是令人感動的飯店。
