ジョン・レノンや知識人の方々に関わる場所がホテルや周辺の随所にあり楽しめました。 スタッフの方のアットホーム感と部屋の設備には満足です。本プランも素晴らしいと思います。 朝食はボリュームもあり満足だったのですが、前日の出来事の疲れなどあり食が進まず残して申し訳ありませんでした。 気になったのは、隣室？のご家族の会話や子供の泣き声がかなり聞こえました。ラウンジに逃避しようにも碓氷館から遠いので、心配な方は愛宕館やアルプス館を選ぶといいかもしれません。 以下はただの要望ですが、クラシックホテルパスポートは押し直しがきかないのでマットを挟んで綺麗にスタンプを押す等気をつけて頂くといいのではないでしょうか。

８３歳の母のあこがれの万平ホテルに宿泊 古いホテルでしたが母が長年あこがれただけはあるホテルでした。 品と格式、スタッフの丁寧な対応素晴らしかったです。 夏にも行けたらと思います。

軽井沢の美しい風景にふさわしい、爽やかで優しいスタッフの皆さん。私は車イスを使用していますが、二回目の利用の際に［シャワーチェア］をお願いすると、すでに準備されていて驚きました。娘ファミリーと一緒に食事をする事も覚えて下さって、きちんと記録され利用客を安心させて下さいます。朝食がビュッフェでなくテーブルにセットされるのもゆったりと落ち着いて優雅ですし、車イスの私には助かります。家族のマラソン応援でいつもお世話になりますが用がなくても伺いたくなるホテルです。

父親がファンの「ジョンレノン」の定宿だったアルプス館に両親の結婚３０周年記念のプレゼントで宿泊しました！お部屋がとっても広くて、一般的なホテルの４人部屋くらいの広さがありました。古いホテルなのに、お風呂も洗面台も綺麗で、トイレもウォシュレット付きでした！バスタブが壁とくっついていないので、バスマットの置き場所に注意が必要だと思います。ベッドもやや硬めで寝心地が良かったです！あいにくの雨でしたが早朝の散歩も気持ち良かったです！売店のグッズも素敵なものが充実していて、アメニティのパジャマが売っていて、つい買ってしまいました！スタッフの方の接客も丁寧でとても良かったです！宿泊者の名簿の中に名前が残ることが嬉しいです。また絶対泊まりに行きます！！

“Usuikan Classic Type”
The hotel was very prestigious and classic, especially the front desk staff. The Usuikan Classic was spacious and traditional inside, making for a pleasant stay. The balcony on the first floor where I stayed was great for getting some fresh air. The amenities are THANN, which is not too expensive. The shaver was inexpensive and difficult to use. It was a little disappointing that water was also charged for beverages in the refrigerator. Also, the beverages in the vending machines are expensive. It might be better to bring your own beverages and snacks. Many people praised the breakfast, but I think it is rather ordinary. I gave a somewhat dry review, but in general I think it was a good hotel that I would like to stay at again. I did not take advantage of the hotel dinner this time and would like to next time.
