Used for a family vacation for shopping and gourmet purposes. Although the cottage as a whole is old, it is cozy and relaxing. The location was close to the hotel front desk, so it was nice to be able to walk to and from the cottages without using a cart. The bathroom in the room was a bit of a bother because the floor was warped and floppy, but other than that it was generally fine. We stayed two nights including the night before, and were satisfied with the discount we received from Prince by using the Shinshu Discount.

Thank you for your consideration in switching us to a larger room than the one we had reserved online. We had a very comfortable time. As this was our first time using this facility, there were a few moments when we had trouble understanding the system and had to go left and right, but overall we were highly satisfied with our trip.

We stayed here for one night at the end of GW. The brand new facility looks beautiful, but you can feel it from the aroma and it was a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the abundance of towels in the rooms. The towels are of high quality and well-known for their quality. This alone gives a sense of luxury. You can borrow a towel every time you use the onsen building as well, so you can enjoy the onsen in a good mood. You can also check how crowded the hot springs are in real time via the Internet. All the employees greeted us politely, and the friendly atmosphere was very nice. I was worried that the restaurant (breakfast buffet) might have more leftovers because of the Corona disaster and the time and effort of the employees, but on the other hand, it was a very luxurious environment. I would like to use it again as it is well protected against quarantine. PS I would appreciate it if a microwave oven could be used.

We used the Nagano Prefecture residents' discount. It was my first stay in Japan. It was a good opportunity. I thought it was a little far from the room to the dining room. The food was very good. It was delicious.
