“露天風呂付きの部屋　最高！”
２４時間いつでも入れるのはありがたかったです。ただ、大浴場も、と思うと、本館へは浴衣のままではＮＧなので、外に出なくてもつながっているとよいのにと思いました

“普通です。”
友人から他県マリオットホテルが良かったと進められワクワクでした。結果、朝食は美味しく無い、素材が悪いです。軽井沢期待ハズレ。大浴場は中々良かった。本館の部屋ですぐ行けました。ホテルの看板が見えにくく、夜、外食後、通過しそうになりました。外資のホテルが良いと言う事は無いと実感です。期待しないで行く事です。

“素敵なホテルだったけど．．．”
お掃除が行き届いていて綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応も丁寧でした。夕食は入れ替え制のような形で、メインが決まっていてその他の前菜やデザートなどはビュッフェスタイルでした。私たちは一番遅い２０：００からでした。そのためかビュッフェコーナーには何も残っていない皿がたくさんありました。正直「ビュッフェなのに取る料理が何もないじゃん」という感じでした。しばらくはそのまま見ていましたが、補充される様子がないのでスタッフの一人にそのことを言うと、しばらくしてから補充されました。食事は楽しみの一つなので、そのことで気分が下がり残念でした。メインはチキンと聞いていたのにポークが出てきました（笑）味はおいしかったと思います。朝食は正反対で、たくさんの種類の料理がたくさんありました。満足でした。
