建物の雰囲気がとても良く、スタッフの方々もとても優しかったです。お部屋もグレードアップしてくださり嬉しかったです。家族風呂もあり、久しぶりに夫婦でのんびり入れました。朝食もとても美味しくて、サラダの新鮮さは格別でした。ぜひ今度はディナーを食べてみたいです。本当に優雅で贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 また軽井沢に行くときはぜひ泊まらせていただきたいと思います。

外観がとてもステキで、到着した時ワクワクしました。 お部屋の造りも、可愛らしく気に入りました。野菜にこだわったお食事も、たいへん美味しく頂きました。 また是非行きたいです！

ホテルのスタッフの方々の熱意が感じられ好感ものてるサービスでした。貸切露天風呂が６か所もあってよいのですが、館内の案内が分かりにくいのと、それぞれの設備の違い（岩盤浴の有無など）が予約段階でわからないのは残念でした。食事は野菜好きの方にはお勧めです。

夕食を軽いコースにしてみました。品数が少ないだけかと思ってましたが、前菜の内容が通常コースとは変えてあって、少ない品数でも満足感が得られました。

“リーズナブル過ぎ”
初めての利用で勝手書いて済みません。あくまで個人の感想です。立地は大変良いです。建物の外観もメルヘンチックで素晴らしいと思います。ただ・ロビーのゲスト用の椅子の大半が脚長が高くて座りにくいです。・リーズナブルタイプだからか部屋風呂は洗い場があるのに椅子がありませんでした。・ヘアードライヤーは重いと思います。・貸し切り風呂には扇風機と強いドライヤーが欲しかったです。
