The room I stayed was huge and so comfortable. However, there was a renovation work on the floor where I could see the renovating site not-welled managed as there was sort of paint smell over the corridor. Other things else was nice.

もう何度お世話になったか。行く度にまた来たいと思う所。いろいろな時期を経て変わってきてはいるが、根幹のサービスはしっかり継承している。器だけ立派な所は多々出来たが、「人」のサービスはなかなかそうはいかない。大事にしたい「人に会いに行く」ホテル。

“母と２人旅行”
部屋はとても広く、静かでとても良かったです。母は音楽を自分でも習うぐらい好きです。夜のコンサートをとても真剣に聴いていました。とても満足したようです。ただ、大浴場が残念。温泉ではないのは理解しています。掛け流しではないため、汚れが溜まり、アカや髪の毛が浮いて、湯船に入れませんでした。また、外湯はアカと髪の毛とさらにプールみたいな温度。結局シャワーだけでお風呂を出ることに。家と変わらないじゃん…とても残念でした。お風呂の改善を望みます。
