    Exceptional”

    This is really a very nice hotel/onsen. It is right on the beach and you can open your door and be rested by the sound of the waves. The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly. The food is superb both in the Japanese restaurant and the Buffet.

    good start to hike in the pinewoods at the beach. great view of the japanese sea. nice for marine activities. the beach is illuminated at night.

    家族旅行”

    娘が結婚、息子は来年４月に就職するので、家族旅行もこれが最後かなということで、伊都に住む息子のアパートから１時間で行けるこのホテルに宿泊しました。部屋、食事、接客も良く家族４人大満足でした。 ７月頭の土日の１泊旅行でしたが、コロナの影響でしょうか、混んではいませんでした。 実は、最近送られてきた雑誌にこのホテルの海の見える温水スパが大きく取上げられていて、気持ちようさそうというのも、このホテルにした理由でしたが、リニューアルした東館の宿泊者のみ利用可という文字を見逃していて和室のある西館に予約してしまった我々は利用できず。 星５つを付けていますが、ここだけは、唯一のマイナス。我々と同じく認識できずに予約している人はいるのではと思います。るるぶなどの予約サイトから入っていくと気づきません。

    さすが、名門！”

    ソフト、ハードともにさすが名門。と言いたいが、一つだけ。朝食の表示時間内に会場に行ったにもかかわらず、少し遅めだったこともあったのか、ビュッフェ形式の料理を取るのに急かすのはいかがなものか。リゾートホテルであれば、そのあたりは柔軟に対応してほしい。まして時間内。この一件だけで、他の最高な面がかすんでしまう。名門だからこそ、苦言を呈したい。
