The room was good, clean and tidy with some snacks provided. Guest service was excellent, they introduced the room and facilities thoroughly. Outdoor Japanese garden decoration was beautiful Traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious. Hot

Equisite ryokan with outstanding service and food. A national treasure! Room on stilts overlooked koi pond and garden. Ofuro overlooked waterfall. Good is gourmet in terms of presentation and tastes. Will hope to visit again!

“Exceptional”
This is my third Ryokan experience and by far the best. The Hotel is 30 min on Taxi from Train Station and 20 from tourist sites. But don't let that deter you. The hotel is more beautiful than what the pictures show. Lots of attention to detail all over. T
