In principle, guests with tattoos will be refused entry into the large public baths. Entry will only be permitted if a waterproof bandage measuring 8 cm x 13 cm in size can be used to cover up the tattoo/s. Waterproof bandages are available at the front counter, so please let us know at the time.

Good service, free night noodles. My room didn't have a shower as I was expected to use the onsen. I liked that everything has English instructions- from the air con remote and humidifier to how to use a onsen with out doing something stupid.

Very good location near Kanazawa Station. The hotel have free ramen for customers from 21:30-23:30. Anyway, one drawback is hotel staff can't speak English well enough.

Best value for money in Kanazawa! Next to train station and shopping, lots of choice for foods, bus/train transport around town or near by hot spring spots or world heritage sites. Free ramen was a plus after hot spring bath at 14F. One improvement issue
