      “重厚感を感じさせる老舗ホテル”

      設備は古いが、部屋は広くリノベーションはされとおりきれい。ただ部屋がエレベーターの隣に位置しており、上下するたびに音がし、非常に気になった。ただ深夜は動きもなく、睡眠に支障になる程ではない。 一方スタッフの対応は残念。 １点目はチェックイン時に「いらっしゃいませ」の一言もない。２点目は外出時、キーを渡す際別のスタッフだがこちらから「お願いします」と言ったにもかかわらず下を向きながらただ一言「はい」のみの返事。 今まで色々なホテルに宿泊したが最低レベル。忙しいとは思うがフロントはホテルの顔。基本的な教育はして欲しい。 ちなみにチェックアウト時は別の方でしたが 気持ちよく送り出していただきました。

      “金沢観光に便利”

      いつも駅前だったので、今回は初めて香林坊のそばにした。朝の散策にも良い。ホテルの中は昔ながら。ベッドのそばに、携帯用のコンセントが欲しいところ。朝食バイキングは、金沢おでんもあり良いのだが、並べ方の問題か、外国人も選びにくようであった。今度は滞在で利用したいホテルだった。

      “金沢観光に便利”

      １月３日宿泊。温泉旅館は、正月料金で高く、金沢のホテルは、お値打ちと思いました。車でしたが、お昼に着いて、車を預けて、ホテルで昼食。コーヒーチケット頂けて、良かったです。その後、徒歩で兼六園や美術館に行きました。 でも手足伸ばして入れるお風呂があると良いですね
