We stayed here for the first time in two years. I was refreshed and had a great time with my grandchildren under the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

We stayed here for two nights. It is a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop, but the room was clean and the coffee machine and hair dryer provided were good. In the morning, we had a Japanese and Western breakfast to refresh our energy, and in the evening, the hot spring bath and piano music in the lounge soothed us after a hard day's work. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a comfortable place to stay where you could feel the extra service in many situations. (It is a personal pleasure to be able to enjoy Yoshihashi's Kami-gashi sweets in the lounge).

We stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we came back again this year. It was a good decision as it is a pleasure to spend a few days here: kind and helpful staff; excellent food; and real ambience. Highly recommended.

This is a truly wonderful hotel, a pleasure to stay in. Every single staff member we met greeted us with a smile and all were extremely helpful. Breakfast is very good, and the hotel's restaurant serves excellent evening meals. We will certainly stay here

“Convenient location for sightseeing in the city”
The location is very good, adjacent to Kanazawa Castle Park. The entire hotel was a little darker than it looked on the Internet. When I filled out the ledger at the front desk, it was dark and difficult for elderly people to read the letters. When explaining about the hotel, I think she might have been a newcomer, but I couldn't understand her voice through the mask because she was talking too fast and too small. The service was good. The dinner was delicious and the entertainment staff was friendly and helpful.
