Enoshima Ryokan is a time machine where you can feel the good old days of half a century ago. Experience it, not theory.
Exceptional”
Very friendly staff. Was our first time in a ryokan. The experience was really good. The food was excellent, although we had some slight difficulties understanding what the food is as the food list is like in ancient Japanese.. Still enjoyed the food thoug
お料理旅館と思えない”
御料理旅館を選んだのに、一日目の夕食では何よりも早くデザートが並んだ。「えっつ！」と思わず目を疑った。献立表を麗々しく置いてあったが、料理を出す基本が出来ていない。品数においてはこれでもか、と言うほど並んだがどれもこれも「おいしい！」と思わせる料理はなかった。 ３階建ての建物にエレベーターが有り、足の悪い主人には大浴場に行くのに幸いでした。しかし、低い椅子が大半を占め座るのが大変でした。
残念な接客”
人手不足です。夕食の配膳は、年配の方一人でバタバタと、くつろげなかったです。食器を下げる音が響いていました。日本酒を頼むのも気を使いました。 その方のせいではないと思います。ほんとに手が足りないのだと思います。 翌朝には、若い方二人いてとても丁寧でした。改善お願いします。
スタッフが親切”
料理がおいしく家族もみんな喜んでいました。昼前に車で到着したのですが早めに駐車場も使用させてもらって島内観光がゆっくりできて助かりました・・・ スタッフの方々も親切で多くの口コミ通りでした。 お世話になりました、またいつか行きたいと思います・・・
