“丁寧な接客”
スタッフの方々はみなさま笑顔で優しいご対応をしてくださいました。晩ご飯の準備、お布団の準備等テキパキと手際よくされていて気持ちが良い印象でした。お料理はどれも美味しかったです。また大浴場には、クレンジング、化粧水、美容液、乳液が設置されていました。

“歩行器使用していますが、楽しく滞在できました。”
江の島の島内に宿泊してみたいと思い、夫と泊まりました。島内も旅館もレトロな雰囲気で景観もよかったです。歩行器を使用しているので心配でしたが、エレベーターまで階段が７段くらいあるのですが、スタッフが歩行器を運んでくださったり、親切にしていただきました。夕食は部屋に運んでくれました。朝食のお漬物が５種類以上あって、おいしかったです。別注文のローストビーフはおいしかったですが、私の好みでは、ホースラディッシュも良いけど、マッシュポテトを付けて食べるのもおいしいのよねえ、と、思いました。もしお願いできるなら、お風呂の入り口が一段だけですが、２５センチくらいの段差があり、踏み台を置いてもらえると安心だと思いました。現実から隔離されたような、別の環境に身を置いて、身も心もリセットできたような気がしました。

“お料理旅館と思えない”
御料理旅館を選んだのに、一日目の夕食では何よりも早くデザートが並んだ。「えっつ！」と思わず目を疑った。献立表を麗々しく置いてあったが、料理を出す基本が出来ていない。品数においてはこれでもか、と言うほど並んだがどれもこれも「おいしい！」と思わせる料理はなかった。３階建ての建物にエレベーターが有り、足の悪い主人には大浴場に行くのに幸いでした。しかし、低い椅子が大半を占め座るのが大変でした。
