The parking lot looks like it has space for a few cars on the hotel grounds, but when I called in advance to reserve a space, I was very pleased to find that even a somewhat larger passenger car could park there without difficulty. This was one of the main reasons we decided to stay at the hotel, as there are many mechanical or narrow space parking lots. The second reason we decided to stay at the hotel was that Fujisawa City's travel support system was perfect for our stay at the hotel, as we did not need a corona vaccination certificate or PCR/antigen test, and there is no upper limit on the percentage of support for inexpensive lodging expenses (5,000 yen support for lodging costs over 5,001 yen). The third reason was the proximity to Terrace Mall Shonan, where there were several all-you-can-eat restaurants. The roads around the hotel are complicated with one-way streets and no right turns at certain times of the day, so be careful when driving, but the rooms are clean, and we were assigned a room on the 10th floor of an 11-story building.

朝食付きのプランで宿泊、バイキングではあるも、和食を主に食事するも、少し物足りない。

“Next door.”
I was satisfied with the location and price! The parking lot is located behind the hotel and the train station is close by! The only thing I would say is that you can hear snoring in the room next door at night.
