The receptionist and the lady in charge were both very helpful upon arrival and made our stay enjoyable. I also appreciate the meals that were prepared for my daughter's allergy. I have two complaints: first, there was a long wait for the elevator due to students on a school excursion. We would have changed the date of our stay if we had been informed in advance. When we stayed in Toyama last year, we were told that there were students on a school excursion, so we changed our stay to the next day and received a room upgrade. Second, my wife forgot her cell phone charger. I had registered her contact information with the hotel, but they didn't contact me until I called to confirm, and the only response was, "Yes, we have it. Last year, when I left something at a hotel in Sendai, the hotel contacted me and sent it to me with a polite letter. This time, it was sent by cash on delivery. I am grateful to the front desk for arranging a cab for my daughter's early morning departure, and to the staff lady for bringing up breakfast 15 minutes earlier than usual, but it seems that my evaluation of "Tensho" has dropped significantly because of the way "you" answered the phone about my forgotten item. Too bad.
