Scraps of candy in the room. Stains on the cushion cover. Filth in the bathroom toilet. (Usually in the changing room.) Stains on the dining table and sofa. The elevator was not cleaned. For the price, the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. The staff at the dining room was kind.

Hotel staff speak little English but is not a problem. There are many designs of yukata to chose from, which is very lovely, I have booked a room without shower but they have upgraded me to a bigger room with shower. Although we din use it as the hot bath

Exceptional”
Very good and nice hotel. Staff were friendly and can communicate in English (at least enough for us to understand). The room was a bit dated but still kept clean and in reasonably good condition.
