- This quiet lodging is located on the shore of Lake Shibayama, and features a beautiful view and delicious cuisine.

- As the ryokan is located a 10 minute drive from Hashitate Port, guests can enjoy monthly changing kaiseki course meals prepared with local ingredients, such as fresh seafood from the nearby fishing area, traditional Kaga vegetables that have been around since the Edo period, and more.
- The large communal hot spring bath is a natural hot spring with 100% naturally flowing waters that is not supplemented with hot or cold water.

- In the ryokan, guests can relax while dressed in yukata.
- Guests can enjoy beauty treatments and massages in their guestrooms and relax in the ganbak’yoku bedrock spa. The ryokan is also equipped with a karaoke box and table tennis.
- In the ganban’yoku bedrock spa, guests change into the special clothing, lie down in the room with healing music playing, and just relax. This spa, where guests can comfortably work up a sweat is one of Tokigasane’s popular facilities.
- There are a variety of guestrooms available, including rooms with natural open-air hot spring baths, special Japanese-style rooms, and Japanese/Western-style rooms which have Japanese-style rooms with beds.
- Upon arrival, guests will be served tea and sweets in the cafe. After a short respite, guests will be given information about the ryokan and have arrangements made for dinner time.
- From Kanazawa, it is about 25 minutes away via limited express train. From Komatsu Airport, it is about 20 minutes by car, making for a very convenient location.
- There is also a free shuttle from the nearest station, Kagaonsen Station. (14:00 - 17:30, departing on the hour and 30 minutes past each hour; requires advanced reservation by 12:00 on the day)

ホテルが信号の所で駐車場に入るとき凄く大変でした。 部屋に行き中を見ると蜘蛛の巣はあるしクーラーの効きはあまり良くなかったので扇風機を借りました。 客室の露天風呂は景色の眺めは良かったけど上がる時のシャワーが欲しかった。 夕飯は付いてくれた担当の若い子が新人の異国の子で頑張ってるけどもう少し新人教育をした方がいいと思いました。 夕飯の品はちょこちょこ出てきたので何だか呆気なかった。 もうそこのホテルには行きません。

お部屋も料理も最高でした。夕食はとても美味しかったです。あと従業員の皆さんも今までに泊まった中でも最高に良かったです。又泊まりたいホテルです。

食事処のフロアだけ、別のホテルかと思うぐらいサービス、内容良し。フロントは残念な対応の方おらら少し不満が残る。風呂含めトータルで満足。

最高な思い出になりまし。”
出産前旦那の誕生日お祝いで最後の二人旅行ですが、妊娠中なのでホテルのスタッフ達いろいろ気遣って頂いて、ご親切な対応、旦那へのサプライズも合わせて頂き、露天風呂な客室も最高でした。 夕食の飲み放題プランだけ、さすがに妊婦はアルコールとか飲めないなのに、旦那だけの飲み放題ができないのはちょっと残念でした。 全体的は良かったです。本当にありがとうございました。 また機会がありましたら、ぜひまたよろしくお願いします。
