When I was using the men's restroom near the venue after leaving the venue after 9:00 AM after having breakfast at the last minute, the lights were suddenly turned off without any calls to the restroom, probably by an employee, which was very annoying. I think this was done out of a thorough awareness of energy conservation, but I would have liked them to at least check inside the restroom before turning off the lights and call out to the staff before turning off the lights. It was very disappointing because I had been spending my time comfortably until then.

Rooms are very old and sliding door drop off and another side cannot open and carpets are dirty and place pretty run down except for the lobby

夕食が良かった”
創作会席でしたがとても美味しく頂きました。コロナ予防としては仕方ないのかもしれませんが、あと少しの気配りが欲しかったです。飲み物を頼まなければ水さえ出してもらえませんでした。

爽やかなスタッフ達”
５０代のおばはんです。 到着時、爽やかで美しいスタッフがニコニコと車まで出迎えて下さいました。 チェックイン時には休み明けのお陰かワンランク上のお部屋に変更してくださいました。 ロビ－では冷たい加賀棒茶と和菓子を頂いてからお部屋へ。 有難い気遣いですね。 夕食時には美しい若女将が挨拶に。 義母も喜ぶ新鮮な刺身や柔らかい牛肉。 目にも楽しい凝った細工。 味付けも美味。 料理長さま、有難うございます。 朝食時に驚いたのは、スタッフの方達が、 到着時と同じく爽やかで美しい乙女達だった事。 この宿で強いて難を挙げれば、露天風呂が解放感が有り過ぎて、入るのを断念した事でしょうか。 良い思い出を有難うございます。 皆様これからも頑張ってくださいね。

微妙・・・かな。”
到着時に、部屋まで荷物を運んでくださった男性スタッフの方は、すごく感じのよいかたでした。また、料理は品数も多くおいしく頂きました。ただ残念なことが幾つかありました。まず肝心のお風呂ですが、洗い場のスノコがプラスチックでベコベコしており所々ガムテープで補修がなされており汚らしい。露天風呂の湯船の中の１段高くなっている足掛け？の部分が、壊れているのか、これまた針金か紐か忘れましたが、補修してあるもののぐらぐら不安定であぶない。館内の照明が全体的に暗く、何か活気が感じられない。特に、夕食のレストランに行く通路が、薄暗くこの先に本当にレストランがあるのか？と思ったほど。子供が楽しみにしていたゲームコーナーも同様に薄暗くとても遊ぶ雰囲気になれず。値段相応なのかもしれませんが、再訪したいかといわれれば微妙です。
