Excellent value. Clean, efficient, great location. If you are looking for a simple place to stay with a simple buffet breakfast, this is the place to stay. Many small touches to help make this easy for the traveler.

部屋も綺麗で駅の景色もよく見えて良かった！！ベットも固さがちょうどよく気持ちよく眠れた！！ 朝食に関して、もう少し出雲の特産が含まれていても良いかもです。他のホテルと変わり映えがしない感じが少し残念でした。また、マッサージ機などが備え付けのホテルも増えているので、その辺も工夫されると良いかと。立地に関しては言う事無しです！！受付の方が丁寧で良かったです！！機会があれば、また利用します！！

駅から近く観光に最適でした。 部屋も綺麗で、従業員の方も丁寧な対応で安心して宿泊できました。 また、訪れた際には、利用したいです。

静かで良かったです。 洗面台の排水がゆっくりだったので、詰まる前にパイプ洗浄剤の使用をおすすめします。

“In Okayama”
Thank you for your hospitality every time. At the Toyoko Inn in Okayama, I was told that I could check in from 3:00 p.m. if I had a membership card, so I made a card, but at Izumo I was told that I could check in from 4:00 p.m! Why is this in the same family of hotels? Also, in this day and age, if you say 16:00 all at once, it can get very crowded, so I think it would be better for the hotel and for the customers if you try to allow check-in from when it is ready!
