寝具が”

大人４名、子供２名、幼児２名で宿泊しましたが、、、、なぜかベット２つと布団３枚。子供料金払っているのに、布団１組足りず。。フロントに言うも５名の部屋なので無理です。と断られ・・・いや、、じゃあなぜ６名で宿泊予約できるようにしてるんだ？と疑問。ちなみに布団も３枚しか敷けるスペースない。旅行会社に連絡させてもらう。と言うと、布団準備出来ます。とかわけのわからないことを言われ、一応布団やタオルなど準備してくれたが、なぜ旅行会社に連絡すると言われるまで準備できないのか。システムトラブルでお客様は４名で泊まるようになっていると言われたが、じゃぁなぜ子供料金も支払ったのか？最初に支払った時点で、部屋の備品や布団など必要なものは確認して対処するべきだと思う。立地条件など、とてもいいので非常に残念です。

駐車場は十分あります。”

りんくうプレミアムアウトレットのそばにあり、駅からはアウトレットを通って少しありますが、車だと広い駐車場があります。アスファルトにあったはずの白線が消えていて、広場のようになっているのでどこに停めていいか迷いました。残念だったのがベッドにコロン？整髪料？のニオイが染みついていて頭が痛くなるほどでした。幸い、ツインの部屋にしてもらっていたのでもう一つのベッドで寝ました。タバコに対しては厳しい態度の注意書きがあり、よかったのですが・・・。

良いと思われます！”

ＬＣＣ利用の為、宿泊致しました。時間指定プランでしたが問題ないです。駅から少し距離が有るので夜の場合分かりにくいのではないかと思われます。宿泊施設ですが、通常のビルを宿泊施設に改装した様に思えました。よって外観もホテルらしくなく事前に確認した方が良い様に思えました。

広いお部屋でゆったり”

関西空港早朝便のため利用しました。駅からは少し歩きますが、途中アウトレットもあるので距離はそれほど感じませんでした。お部屋も広くて清潔で快適に過ごせました。
