Kansai Airport Washington Hotel staff would like to thank everyone for their continued patronage.
Please be advised that all guestrooms will be non-smoking starting June 9, 2025 (Mon.).
For those who wish to smoke, please use the smoking booth in the lobby on the 1st floor. Lodging staff would like to apologize for the inconvenience to all smokers, and asks for guests' understanding and cooperation in this matter.
In addition, if guests are found to have smoked (including e-cigarettes) or if cigarette butts, etc. are found in the guestroom, guests will be charged a total of JPY 30,000 for room cleaning fees and room damage compensation fees. Thank you for your understanding.

From Feb. 6, 2025 (Fri.), dinner service will be offered at the Waterfront Kitchen Garden restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
Carefully prepared dishes such as thick-cut Kinka pork steak of top variety Kinka pork, a rarity in the world, cooked at low temperature;
and Miyazaki beef hamburger made with A4 grade Miyazaki wagyu beef, will be served.
There are a variety of alcoholic drinks available as well. Please feel free to use this service.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the service is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to the station and 15 minutes to Rinku Outlet.

The room air-conditioning was not good. The air conditioner works intermittently throughout the night. The room was very small for two persons.
