This hotel features 15 different kinds of large baths in total, delectable Kaiseki Cuisine, making it a perfect place to stay for both individual travelers and big groups. This traditional Japanese inn, with 94 rooms and a garden of over 2,000 square meters, is located at the gateway to the Izu Peninsula. For dinner, guests can select between a buffet with 70 types of Japanese, Western and Chinese food or traditional kaiseki cuisine. The buffet serves fresh food straight from the kitchen and includes sushi, tempura, sashimi, steak, Chinese dim sum, seasonal vegetables, dessert cakes, fruits and more. Japanese kaiseki cuisine is prepared with seasonal ingredients from Izu. The hot springs are some of the best in Izu, with an all cypress large communal bath, garden open-air baths, and 3 other reservable baths in the 900 square-meter area. Inside the hotel, artwork from famous Japanese artists such as Shinsui Ito, Shoen Uemura and Kiyokata Kaburagi, as well as art based on the 8 views of Mt. Fuji are on display.

コロナの影響もあるので、大浴場は人数制限されていたし、あんまりたくさん人がいる中でお風呂にゆっくり入るのもなぁということで部屋に露天風呂が付いていてほんとよかったです。時間も人も気にせず入れたし、何より部屋から出なくていいし、お風呂上がったらすぐ寝れるっていう気楽さが良かった。部屋も広かったし、快適でした。ただちょっとベッドのマットレスが固かったのと露天風呂が思っていたより小さめだったのが残念な点でした。朝食も夕食も美味しくてよかったです。

毎月 夫と利用していますが、今回は義妹とのんびりさせて頂きました。 女どうしで 気兼ね無く 夕飯時は ビールを飲みながら ゆっくり食事も 出来ました。

部屋が 煙草の臭いで眠れなかった。。 夫は 煙草を吸いますが 必ず 喫煙場所に行ってくれるので いいのですが、何度も宿泊していて 気になったのは初めてです。

“I am glad I went.”
I have been to the hotel many times already, but unfortunately the last time I was there, I was so dissatisfied with the front desk and the hours at the store that I didn't want to go back for a while, but this time I had a stay that wiped out my memories of the last time. This time, however, I stayed at the hotel and it was as if I could forget about the last time. The delicious buffet dinner and the staff's sharp but never unpleasant movements made me applaud them in my heart. The corona infection prevention was also thorough, but I did not feel any discomfort. Also, the hot springs here are still Pikaichi. The quality of the water was good. What was a little disappointing was the manga library. I would have liked to see a little more of the popular titles in there. That was about it.
