I was very uncomfortable because the employees were not communicating with each other, and it seemed as if they were suspecting us. I would have liked to have received a reply after checking.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety of items. After booking the room, I realized that it was a smoking room, so I was prepared to bring deodorant, but there was a Sharp air purifier, and the smell was not bothersome at all. After checking out, I walked around Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle, but my car was still allowed to park in the hotel parking lot, which was very helpful. (When I came back before noon, the hotel was full of lunch guests.) Overall, I was highly satisfied with the hotel, and next time I would like to stay at the hotel for dinner.

We had a very nice, large Japanese style room on the top floor with a view of the Kintaikyo bridge. The hotel location is convenient with the bridge a few minutes walk away. The dinner was excellent with refined dishes, much better than at an average ryoka

“Spacious room”
The room was spacious and relaxing well. The large outdoor bath was pleasant and I took it many times. Breakfast was easy to get, with an adequate number of dishes and a good layout. The staff looked after us well and made us feel comfortable. I would use this hotel again if I had the chance.
